Terms & Conditions

By engaging with TechYfe's services — including web development, mobile app development, digital marketing, branding or any other service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions.

TechYfe reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

TechYfe provides a range of technology and digital services including but not limited to:

• Custom Website and Web Application Development
• Mobile App Development (iOS & Android)
• UI/UX Design and Branding
• E-Commerce Store Development
• Digital Marketing and SEO Services
• LMS and EdTech Platform Development
• Enterprise Software and CRM Solutions

The scope of services for each project is defined in the individual project proposal or service agreement signed between TechYfe and the client.

As a client engaging TechYfe's services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information required for the project
• Supply all necessary content, assets, and approvals in a timely manner
• Communicate feedback and revisions within the agreed timelines
• Make payments as per the agreed schedule and payment terms
• Ensure that any content or materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights

Delays caused by late client responses, incomplete information or failure to provide assets may result in project timeline adjustments, and TechYfe shall not be held responsible for such delays.

All projects require an advance payment as specified in the project proposal before work commences. The remaining balance is due as per the payment milestones defined in the agreement.

• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced unless otherwise stated in writing
• Late payments may result in work being paused until dues are cleared
• TechYfe reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments
• Prices are subject to change for new projects but existing agreements remain unaffected

Upon receipt of full and final payment, the client receives ownership of the final deliverables as specified in the project agreement. Until full payment is received, TechYfe retains all intellectual property rights over the work produced.

TechYfe retains the right to display completed projects in its portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials unless the client requests confidentiality in writing prior to project commencement.

Any third-party tools, frameworks, or open-source libraries used during development remain subject to their respective licensing terms.

TechYfe treats all client information, business data, and project details with strict confidentiality. We do not share, sell or disclose any client information to third parties without explicit written consent, except where required by law.

Clients are also expected to keep any proprietary tools, processes, or pricing information shared by TechYfe confidential and not disclose it to third parties.

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project proposal. Revision requests that fall within the agreed scope will be accommodated at no additional cost.

• Requests that go beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges
• Major changes to project requirements after work has commenced may require a revised quote
• Revision requests must be submitted in writing via email or the agreed communication channel

TechYfe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of business, revenue, data or profits.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific service in question. TechYfe makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the results or performance of any service provided.

TechYfe may recommend or integrate third-party tools, platforms, or services (such as payment gateways, hosting providers, CRM systems, etc.) as part of a project. TechYfe is not responsible for the performance, availability, pricing, or terms of any third-party service.

Clients are encouraged to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party service before use.

Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice. In the event of termination:

• The client is liable to pay for all work completed up to the termination date
• Any advance payments made are non-refundable
• TechYfe will deliver all completed work to the client upon receipt of outstanding payments

TechYfe reserves the right to terminate services immediately if a client engages in abusive, unlawful, or unethical behaviour.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
